    Hi, my name is Heather. I graduated from Huntington University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology in January of 2015. Exercise and sports have always been a large part of my life. I attended Mendon High School and participated in basketball, volleyball, softball, and track. I then continued playing volleyball throughout college at Huntington University. After graduating college in January, I started working at Health TRAC as a Fitness Assistant. I stared training January 2016, and became a Group Fitness Instructor December 2016.

    I love having the opportunity to help people reach their fitness goals. Also, I am excited to see each individual take the steps toward a healthier lifestyle, and hope to provide a positive, enjoyable experience that will best benefit each individual. Exercise has so many amazing benefits and I hope to help you experience those benefits!

    Interests: Spending time with family and friends, walking or running with my dog, being outside, playing sports, home improvement projects, and reading.

    Hi, my name is Dean. I completed my American Council on Exercise certification and am just beginning my personal training career. Exercise has always been important in my life. I started lifting consistently in 8th grade. I attended Marcellus high school where I wrestled. After high school, I worked in the commercial tire industry for seven years. I then went to working at Twin County Community Probation Center (TCCPC) as a resident coordinator and as maintenance personnel. I completed my certification while working at TCCPC and am excited to be personal training for Three Rivers HealthTRAC.

    I have always enjoyed being in the gym and teaching people new techniques. I have worked out at health TRAC for over 10 years and have helped many people along the way. I believe exercise can be used not only to get a healthy body but also to maintain a healthy mind.

    Hi, my name is Kerry. I am a native of Warren, Michigan and mother of two kids. I have been personal training for 17 years and have been a HealthTRAC employee since 1998. Besides training, I have also coached swimming and high school track, worked in Corporate Wellness and Cardiac Rehab. I love working with the area athletes and the general public to help them reach their goals regardless of age or present condition. I enjoy seeing HealthTRAC members’ lives enhanced by teaching the importance of incorporating exercise and healthy nutrition habits into their everyday lives. Just remember everything is better after a workout.

    Interests: Crossfit, outdoor life, snowboarding, running, mountain and road biking, traveling, spending time with family and friends.

    Hi, my name is Megan. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2017. I also did an internship in Cardiac Rehab at Beaumont-Dearborn for the last semester of college. Exercise and living a healthy lifestyle has always been integrated into my life. In high school I ran cross country and track. I’m originally from the Metro Detroit area. I moved to the Three Rivers/Kalamazoo area for college. After graduating I started working at Health TRAC as a Fitness Assistant. I then received my ACE Certified Personal Training Certificate in February 2018.

     

    Helping people reach their fitness goals is an amazing and rewarding experience/opportunity. I love watching people progress and take that step towards living a healthy lifestyle. I would enjoy the chance to get to know each and every one of you individually so I can tailor a workout plan that best fits you!
